Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and added to your order total. These costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping
Currently, we ship within Georgia and select international destinations. Additional customs or duties fees may apply to international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

Return Process

- Return Authorization: After contacting us, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item(s).
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the replacement item, subject to availability.
Late or Missing Refunds
